Key Information
The Hanningfield Uni-Mill M20-B is designed for high capacity production applications. The unit features a 203mm screen, enabling a throughput up to 1,800 kgs/hr (depending on application specifics). As standard, the M20-B inlet size is 315mm diameter, with a 254mm diameter beaded outlet shroud (although these can be modified to suit any requirement). The M20-B is supplied with a 4.0kW motor, set to a standard speed of 1480RPM (variable speed available).
Technical Description
As with all models in the Uni-Mill ‘over-driven’ series, the M20-B conical mill is supplied with a spacer set; this enables the operator to set the gap distance between the screen and impeller for achieving optimal milling (for spacer-less mills, please see our under-driven series). Tooling can be customised including screen hole size, screen hole shape (Round-Hole, Square-Hole, Grater-Hole) and impeller type (Round-Bar, Square Bar).
The standard M20-B design weighs approximately 200kgs (based on mobile frame mounting). The unit can be supplied with various mounting solutions, including mobile frame, swing-arm, fixed-stand, hoist-mounted, or free-standing.
