The Hanningfield Uni-Mill M10-B is designed for low capacity production applications. The unit features a 127mm screen, enabling a throughput up to 360 kgs/hr (depending on application specifics). As standard, the M10-B inlet size is 254mm diameter, with a 152mm diameter beaded outlet shroud (although these can be modified to suit any requirement). The M10-B is supplied with a 1.5kW motor, set to a standard speed of 2440RPM (variable speed available).
As with all models in the Uni-Mill ‘over-driven’ series, the M10-B conical mill is supplied with a spacer set; this enables the operator to set the gap distance between the screen and impeller for achieving optimal milling (for spacer-less mills, please see our under-driven series). Tooling can be customised including screen hole size, screen hole shape (Round-Hole, Square-Hole, Grater-Hole) and impeller type (Round-Bar, Square Bar).
The standard M10-B design weighs approximately 150kgs (based on mobile frame mounting). The unit can be supplied with various mounting solutions, including mobile frame, swing-arm, fixed-stand, hoist-mounted, or free-standing.
