Key Information
The Uni-Mill M30-U conical mill is designed for very high capacity production applications. The unit features a 306mm screen, enabling a throughput up to 4,000 kgs/hr (depending on application specifics). As standard, the M30-U inlet size is a 12″ tri-clover, with a 500mm v-clamp connection on the outlet (inlet / outlet configuration can be modified to suit any requirement). The M30-U is supplied with a 7.5kW motor, set to a standard speed of 960RPM (variable speed available).
Technical Description
As with all models in the Uni-Mill ‘under-driven’ series, the M30-U screens and impellers do not require spacers to set the gap distance for optimal milling. Tooling can be customised including screen hole size, screen hole shape (Round-Hole, Square-Hole, Grater-Hole) and impeller type (Round-Bar, Square Bar).
The standard M30-U design weighs approximately 400kgs (based on mobile frame mounting). The unit can be supplied with various mounting solutions, including mobile frame, swing-arm, fixed-stand, hoist-mounted, through-the-wall or free-standing
