Transfer it. Convey it. Automate it.
Hanningfield‘s Vacuum Transfer Systems are engineered for the safe and convenient method of transferring powders. With no moving parts, an easy-clean design and stainless steel construction, the Uni-Vac is specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of the process industries.
The system utilises a combination of vacuum and air (known as ‘Lean-Phase’ or ‘Dilute-Phase’) to transport powders, granules and other material. The dust-tight sealed system prevents material contamination during the transfer process, while protecting the operator, process and environment from product exposure or accidental spillage (thereby minimising waste).
Uni-Vac: Bespoke Design For Reactor Loading
While we offer standard models of our Uni-Vac Systems, there are some applications where these models do not suit a customer specification, and hence a bespoke design is required. On these occasions, Hanningfield are able to engineer and manufacture a solution to provide a vacuum transfer system which tailored to the customer’s exact requirements.
Our reactor loading vacuum transfer hoopers feature heavy-duty construction with ANSI-style flanges. The designs are suitable for use in ATEX or Class / Div (Groups C/D) and also feature nitrogen backwash. The units are manufactured using 316L stainless steel.
