Hanningfield‘s capsule transfer system is a simple and efficient method for the gentle and repeatable transfer of empty or filled capsules to and from a capsule filling machine.
While we offer standard models of the CapsuJet, there are some applications where these models do not suit a design specification, and hence a customised design is required.
For a recent project, we worked alongside a customer to manufacture a CapsuJet featuring a number of bespoke features. Included in the design was a capsule bowl with an increased capacity to suit the customers requirements and a docking hook for the CapsuJet lid.

Loading Empty Capsules into an Encapsulation Machine
The CapsuJet C20 loads empty capsules up into the capsule filling machine from the hopper at ground level. Capsules travel on a gentle cushion of air to ensure virtually zero capsule damage.
Transferring Capsules after Filling
The CapsuJet FCC can be used to transfer filled capsules from an encapsulation machine to a downstream container or other process machine.
