Over the last 12 months Hanningfield have thoroughly enjoyed participating in a number of charitable events. During the year, the team have raised funds for an array of wonderful charities including MacMillan Cancer Support, Essex & Herts Ambulance Service, Children in Need and Save the Children. In addition to raising money, the team have also taken part in a number of volunteering days at our local children’s hospice, Little Havens.
In 2023 our staff raised an impressive £781 through their kind contributions to charity events throughout the year! In addition to this, the team’s Snowdon climb raised and incredible £2,270 for essex & Herts Ambulance.
We are so proud of our employees for their efforts in donating to the charities – including the many hours of walking, gardening, baking and cooking.
Hanningfield is committed to supporting this generosity, and has matched the donations raised by staff in 2023. 50% of this contribution has been donated to St Luke’s Hospice and the remaining 50% given to Havens Hospices – two of our local charities.
