Hanningfield’s Pharma Certified IBC Bin Lifts offer an excellent method for the safe, repeatable handling of containers such as IBCs, drums, and bins in hygienic environments. IBCs can be lifted to an above room for processing or can be docked above a machine such as a tablet press to allow gravity feed discharge from the outlet at the bottom of the IBC.
Our lifting systems can also be employed to manoeuvre process machinery, including vacuum conveyors and mills. The systems are supplied with fail-safe features to prevent the load slipping in case of malfunction, ensuring a completely safe operation.

Hanningfield Lifting Systems: Process Examples
Duplex Hoist for fast IBC Changeover
The Uni-Hoist (HES Duplex) features two independent lifting platforms; this allows the unloading of empty IBCs and loading of full IBCs onto the passive half while the active half discharges, minimising changeover time between batches.
Raise & Lower of a Mixer
The Uni-Hoist can be used for the simple raise and lower of mixers into vessels.
Lifting IBC above a Mixer
The uni-Hoist HES can be used to raise and dock IBCs above a process machine for discharging power directly into the loading hopper.
