Hanningfield Agent, Ray Wain, Wins Prestigious ISPE Award!

Hanningfield are delighted for our long-serving UK agent, Mr Raymond Wain, who has recently been awarded the IPSE Fellowship award. This serves to celebrate the lifetime contributions and commitment to the ISPE UK affiliate. 

The annual awards dinner is regularly attended by over 400 of the UK’s top decision makers and leaders in the pharmaceutical engineering arena, along with their clients. The ISPE UK Affiliate annual awards are given in recognition of the support that individuals and companies provide to the work of the ISPE in the UK and internationally. Nominations are made by the regional committee members and the UK affiliate board reviews these. 

Lynn Bryan, the ISPE Affiliate Chair explained “Ray has been a member of ISPE for over 30 years and an active member of the Northwest committee for 25 of these. He has been the treasurer for the committee keeping the finances for the region in check! As part of the ISPE community, Ray has helped in organising events and site visits. Also through membership of the ISPE, Ray has made many connections and friendships which have stood the test of time showing the benefits of ISPE go far beyond access to guidance documents and communities of practice. The ISPE made Ray a fellow of the organisation at their recent annual conference to recognise his long standing contributions to the UK affiliate.”. 

The ISPE, the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, is the world’s largest not-for-profit association, serving its members through leading scientific, technical and regulatory advancement throughout the entire pharmaceutical life cycle. The 20,000 members of ISPE are building solutions in the development and manufacture of safe and effective pharmaceutical and biologic medicines and medical delivery devices in more than 90 countries around the world.
