The Hanningfield Pharma Hoist
The Uni-Hoist pharma lift system is designed for the handling of containers such as Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), drums, containers and bins. The lift column can also be used to manoeuvre process machinery such as vacuum conveyors, mills, and lump-breakers etc.
The system is engineered for the safe and repeatable operation in hygienic environments. It eliminates operator strain with the ability to ‘Raise, Lower, Rotate, Invert and Dock’ at the push of a button. With hundreds of installations worldwide, our stainless steel lift systems utilise either a lead-screw or chain lifting mechanism, with fail-safe features to prevent the load slipping in case of malfunction.

Typical Applications of the Pre-Breaker
Pre-Breaking before Milling
The Hanningfield Pre-Breaker offers fast and effective breaking of agglomerated powders and other materials for initial sizing, prior to size reduction milling.
Stand-Alone Pre-Breaker
If particle size is not an essential requirement in your process, a stand-alone pre-breaker may be employed to size reduce material without the need for further milling on a conical mill.
In-Line Crushing
The Pre-Breaker can be installed in-line into your process stream to size reduce materials in-situ. This provides a highly efficient way to break materials with minimal disruption to your process line.
