Overview

The Uni-Vac V-100 is Hanningfield’s largest vacuum conveyor, with a throughput of 4000 kgs/hr and a capacity of 100 litres. 

The conveyor is designed for applications with considerable requirements. Vacuum conveying improves a process through automation; increasing productivity and facilitating a safer, more hygienic working environment. 

Vacuum conveyors are the globally preferred solution for powder transfer applications, and can be used on a wide range of materials, such as those found in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and allied industries.

Profile

The Uni-Vac V-100 is the largest Hanningfield vacuum conveyor, and is the ideal solution for applications where the requirement is high in terms of both throughput and capacity. 

The hopper holds 100 litres and can convey up to 4000 kgs/hr.  The system is made from stainless steel and comes in either static or mobile versions.

The Uni-Vac offers numerous advantages, specifically its easy clean design; the hopper can be completely dismantled without the need for tools.  The system also has remote controls, a hygienic crevice free design and design flexibility thanks to our expertise and in-house production. 

The Uni-Vac is designed and manufactured by Hanningfield Process Systems at our UK Headquarters.
