The Uni-Vac V-10 is Hanningfield’s second smallest vacuum conveyor and is designed for applications where the throughput requirement is quite low.  The capacity is 10 litres and the throughput can reach 900 kgs/hr. 

Conveying offers various benefits for processes, including greater productivity and a safer, more hygienic working environment.  Vacuum conveying is the perfect solution for powder transfer in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and allied industries.

The Uni-Vac V-10 is Hanningfield’s second lowest volume vacuum conveyor and is designed for applications where the throughput requirement is quite low or where bulk density is quite high.  The capacity of the hopper is 10 litres and the throughput is up to 900 kgs/hr. 

The Hanningfield Uni-Vac offers many advantages, such as an easy clean design; the hopper can be completely dismantled without the need for tools.  The system also boasts remote controls, a hygienic crevice free design and design flexibility thanks to our expertise and in-house production. 

The Uni-Vac is designed and manufactured by Hanningfield Process Systems at our UK Headquarters.
