Product Profile
The Capsufil CF-R is Hanningfield´s newest generation of capsule filling machine. It works fully automatically, taking powder and capsules from the feed hoppers, separating capsules, measuring accurately material for filling of empty capsules, ejecting faulty capsules and assembling the finished filled capsules.
The machine features safe handling of all capsule makes without special tooling and is suitable for most types of hard-shell capsules. The CF-R series has been designed to GMP standards and the innovative design allows rapid changeovers.
The CF-R improves the production environment and makes it easier for the operator to clean after each production batch, The main drive system is automatically lubricated extending the operating life of the machine. It can fill any types of powder, pellets, granules or any combinations of filling material requirements. Each model comes with one set of capsule sized changeable parts, a dust collector unit and a built in air-compressor as standard.
